| This photo was contributed by Gary Roe. Thanks Gary. The following comments are his. Carrollton is located at Mile Post 210.5 on the 17th District Main Line between Moberly and Kansas City. Just 2 miles west of here, the Wabash and Santa Fe main lines come together, and are operated as double track for the next 30 miles. This is a view from 1952 of the original wooden station, and the photographer is looking northerly. This building was torn down within a few years after this photo was taken. |
