| These 1980s photos of the Columbia Freight Depot were contributed by Bob McNeill. The following comments are his. This depot was located northeast of the stone passenger depot. Both were on the national register of historic places but the freight depot succumbed to city needs for a new emergency vehicles building at this site. When this photo was taken in the late 1980s the building was in use by a local model railroad group. Thanks Bob. |
