| This is my home town depot. There's two more pages after this one with photos and stories. Since the station agent involved is no longer with us now, I can tell this story. For a 8x10 color photo of his house, I got my first train ride ever in the cab of a diesel. It went from Cuba MO to the Viburnum lead mine and back. What a trip. The second page is of our rare wooden bridge over the tracks in Rolla. The third page is of some of the special trains that came through Rolla in the 80s. |
