| These 1950s photos of the Sandy Hook Depot were donated by Paul Jungmeyer. Thanks Paul. The following comments are his. The top depot picture was taken by my father, Robert Jungmeyer. He developed his own pictures and in the case of the Sandy Hook picture, my mother Frances Jungmeyer did its coloring. It was originally a black and white photo. The lower photo is of my dad handing up a train order. I believe this picture was taken by Clarence Woods, a train photographer who took professional-quality pictures. Clarence was from California, Missouri and lived close to the depot where Dad also worked later in his career. |
